The base is an elegant combination of green buckwheat flour and almonds, enveloped in the delicate sweetness of honey. The filling – hazelnuts and dark chocolate, balanced with coconut cream and sea salt – creates a unique texture that leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
Ingredients: honey (20%), green buckwheat flour (15%), almond flour (10%), coconut milk powder (8%), cocoa powder (5%), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, honey, vanilla extract), water, coconut oil, mustard oil, vanilla extract, sea salt.
Filling ingredients: hazelnuts (70%), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, honey, vanilla extract), coconut cream, sea salt, sunflower lecithin.
Nutritional value per 100 g of product: protein – 9.46 g, carbohydrates – 32.82 g (of which added sugar – 0 g, natural sugar – 16.6 g), salt – 0.2 g, fats – 34.73 g (of which saturated – 9.74). Energy value: 2316Kj/553.11 Kcal.
The product is ready to eat. Store in the refrigerator for 7 days at a temperature not exceeding +12°C or in the freezer at a temperature between -5°C and -20°C for 180 days. Before consumption, defrost for 60 minutes at room temperature +21°C.
